Yes. The FAA's revised 14 CFR Part 5 requires all Part 135 operators to submit a Declaration of Compliance by May 28, 2027. By listing Sky Safety Solutions on your A007, you choose the level of involvement that works for your operation: we can serve as your full-time FAA liaison handling all inquiries, submissions, and CHDO coordination, or step in only when you need support on specific items.

When you need to add aircraft to your D085, expand into new regions, or gain new operational capabilities (such as RVSM, oceanic, EFVS, or CPDLC operations), we prepare and submit the required OpSpec amendment packages through the SAS External Portal and coordinate directly with your FSDO to speed up approval time.
